A Firefighter’s Courage Fueled by Faith

Story
Michael Carter, a firefighter in California, had faced countless dangerous situations in his line of duty. The relentless flames spread rapidly, and evacuating entire neighborhoods felt nearly impossible.
Michael, known among his peers for his quiet but steadfast faith, often prayed before rushing into danger. During those harrowing days, he remembered the story of Gideon and the words from Judges 6:12: “The Lord is with you, mighty warrior.” The verse became a source of strength, reminding him that God’s presence was with him even in the heart of the fire.
