1. Agreement
By using www.godfills.org, placing orders, or making payments, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy, Refund & Shipping policies. Please read them carefully.

3. Services & Products
GodFills offers faith-based content, printing & graphic design services, and sells merchandise. Descriptions, images and prices are provided in good faith; we reserve the right to correct errors.
4. Orders and Acceptance
A customer’s order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email and/or ship the goods. We reserve the right to refuse service for lawful reasons (fraud, suspicious activity).
5. Pricing, Taxes & Payments Prices are in INR and exclude any applicable taxes (GST) unless shown otherwise. If GST becomes applicable to your purchases, it will be displayed at checkout .You are responsible for providing accurate billing details. We use third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details on our servers.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the site for illegal or harmful activities (spam, harassment, etc.). You warrant that any content you submit (design briefs) does not infringe third-party rights.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the site is owned by GodFills and protected under Indian Copyright laws. You may not reproduce or resell our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GodFills is not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages. Our liability for direct proven damages is limited to the value of the order.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify GodFills for claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (natural disaster, strikes, courier delays).
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to courts at [Guntur, Andhra Pradesh] (exclusive jurisdiction).
