Shipping & Delivery Policy — GodFills

1. Scope

Applies to all physical product purchases from www.godfills.org.

2. Shipping Areas

Domestic (India): We ship to most Indian addresses.

International: We ship internationally on select products (subject to customs and shipping rules). International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes in their country.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (custom prints may take longer — stated on the product page).

Estimated shipping time after dispatch: 3–7 business days (domestic), 10–21 business days (international). These are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. For some special offers we may provide free shipping (terms displayed at checkout).

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch you will receive tracking details via email/SMS. Use the tracking ID on the courier’s website to monitor delivery.

6. Failed Delivery / Address Issues

Ensure the shipping address is correct. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, extra redelivery fees may apply and will be charged to the customer.

If courier returns the item to us, additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment.

7. Customs & Import Duties (International)

International buyers are responsible for customs, duties or taxes on import to their country. We do not pay duties or GST for international shipments.

8. Damaged / Lost Shipments

If goods arrive damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will initiate a replacement or refund after verification.

For lost shipments (no delivery after tracking shows transit), we will liaise with the courier and process refund/replacement per the courier’s investigation outcome.
